Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Belgian Law.
Work background: Apart from my experience as a journalist and writer (see below), I have worked various jobs as a student, most recently as a receptionist for the King Baudouin Foundation in Brussels.
Journalistic experience: I started off writing for a publication called Unpublished Magazine, which gave me the opportunity to interview some of my favorite designers and musicians at the time. It allowed me to dive deeper into subjects I was passionate about, such as fashion history and the fashion industry as a whole. I then moved on to a Belgian publication called Different Class, where the main focus of my articles was on local artists and musicians. Nowadays, I occasionally write for queer.lu, Luxembourg’s first queer publication, and I recently signed a contract as a freelance contributor for the Lëtzebuerger Journal, a trilingual (German, English, and French) publication in Luxembourg that focuses on solutions-oriented journalism.

Video/tv/filming? I was fortunate enough to have gathered experience in filming and editing while in high school, through my school’s TV club. We produced one hours of tv every month, ranging from interviews and reports to reviews and travel content. This was shown on national television once a month.
