I chose this line chart as the best way to visualise the large increase in number of operating nuclear reactors between the two dates. The colour also aids accessibility through high contrast with the background.

The chart has been imagined to fit an article on the nuclear powers of Russia in comparison to its neighbouring countries, here highlighting the column and stark contrast in number of reactors held by the countries.

- In what context do you think Flourish is the best tool, and why? When would you not use it? I would use this for more complex information that requires more elaborate tools, whereas I prefer Datawrapper for more contained data.
- What are the main benefits of using Flourish? Flourish has more options to make a chart unique by being more creative and playful with the data. It also considers accessibility through different devices and allows for more precise representations.
- Which of the tools do you personally prefer so far? I personally prefer Datawrapper as it is easier to use and the visualisations are more understandable.
